Top 5 Medical Apps Performance in UAE Q4 2021

The fourth quarter of 2021 saw significant trends in the performance of the top 5 medical apps in the United Arab Emirates. Here’s a detailed look at their weekly downloads and active user metrics, based on Sensor Tower data.

ALHOSN UAE experienced fluctuations in weekly downloads, starting with around 67.8K at the end of September and reaching a peak of approximately 82.1K by the end of December. Weekly active users also showed an upward trend, beginning at around 559K and rising to about 650K in the last week of December.

Dubai Health - دبي الصحية exhibited a varied download pattern, starting with about 15.6K downloads at the end of September and peaking at approximately 18.5K in the final week of December. The app's active users trended upwards, from around 165K in late September to about 166K by the end of December.

COVID19 - DXB Smart App showed a significant increase in weekly downloads, beginning at around 4.7K and peaking at approximately 25.2K by the end of December. Weekly active users increased from roughly 15.8K at the end of September to about 39.4K by the end of December.

Lumi by Nextcare saw a decline in weekly downloads, starting at around 5.2K at the end of September and decreasing to approximately 2.8K by the end of December. Active users also showed a slight decline, from around 15.8K to about 13.3K during the same period.

PH Screening had a relatively stable download trend, starting at around 2.5K and reaching a peak of approximately 3.8K by the end of December. Active users showed a modest increase, from around 3.4K to about 4K over the quarter.
